To whom it may concern;
I'd like to make a recommendation regarding Joseph Needham and his canvassing program service. I've made two substantial investments Joseph's services. Below are descriptions of the two service experiences that I've received from Joseph and the results.
Service One: In the Fall of 2004 I hired a new sales rep - Jason Fry. I hired Jason for to ultimately become a sales rep for my company. We needed leads initially so after some research into canvassing I sent Jason to Battle Creek Michigan to work with Joseph for several days to allow him to get a lesson from Joseph who was a full time canvasser at that time for a local contracting company. Jason really enjoyed the time and found the time very challenging and inspiring. Upon returning to Wichita he we had good results. Jason brought many quality leads into the company over the next few months. Since then Jason has been elevated to a more serious sales position.
Service Two: Recently (Oct. 2005) we were contacting by Joseph regarding his taking his canvassing service to a new level of on site consultation. The timing was perfect - we had just recently taking on a new product line (gutter protection) and desperately needed leads for our new dedicated gutter rep. Joseph worked us into his schedule promptly and we got a very pleasing effort from him. He took charge immediately with getting us on the way. I had also hired a manager who would head up our effort here on site and Joseph working with my new manager had many aspects of the canvassing program already well on the way when he arrived for the on site training and set up service. Over the course of the nearly two weeks that he spent with us he interviewed with my manager approximately 30 canvasser prospects and filtered out two terrific college students that have now been with us for about two months. They are working out well. We have a nice compensation program setup (courtesy to Joseph) and our two canvassers are doing better every day. They are generating around a half dozen leads a week at a cost of about $350 per week. We expect them to continue to improve on this over time. We also expect to add additional canvassers to the team over time as well.
Regarding all of our dealings with Joseph I would make the following statements...
1. Joseph required very minimal support from the company as he wasted no time and took charge. This was very awesome for me as the owner. I simply don't have any time to spare.
2. Joseph was energetic and fun to work with. He made our new canvassers really feel at ease yet set a clear path for performance and demonstrated solid leadership.
3. Joseph generated leads himself while training the canvassers. Leads that generated more than enough to cover the investment of him coming down.
4. Joseph was respectful and empathetic to us and our company's needs.
5. We will definitely call him for our future needs in this area.
